Phillippine focused nickel laterite producer, Toledo Mining Corporation, announced that Chris Kyriakou, Chairman of the Company, had acquired 100,000 shares at 153 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Kyriakou holds 1.5 million shares, or 5.1%.
