Dell Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:DELL) shares jumped 10% in after-hours trading Wednesday after the company posted second-quarter results that blew past Wall Street estimates and raised its full-year outlook, fueled by surging demand for AI-optimized servers.

The company reported fiscal second-quarter revenue of $47 billion, up 58% from a year earlier and above analyst estimates of $44.92 billion.

Hims & Hers Health (NYSE:HIMS) shares fell 3.2% after the FDA warned telehealth companies and compounding pharmacies over unapproved weight-loss drugs, including versions of semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide.

The agency said retatrutide and cagrilintide cannot legally be used in compounding and that it has already warned companies marketing unapproved retatrutide directly to consumers.

Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL, XETRA:APC) shares climbed 2.7% as John Ternus officially became chief executive, succeeding Tim Cook.

Ternus, previously Apple's senior vice president of hardware engineering, was announced as Cook's successor in April 2026. Cook will remain with the company as executive chairman.

GoPro Inc (NASDAQ:GPRO) said on Tuesday it has agreed to merge with optical-photonics company Starman Optical in a $285 million recapitalization deal that will see Starman acquire a 90% stake in the combined business.

Under the terms of the deal, GoPro shareholders will receive about $1.14 per share in cash and retain roughly 10% of the combined company. Approximately $92 million of GoPro's debt will be repaid at closing.

Rezolve AI (NASDAQ:RSLV) saw its revenue surge roughly 1,970% to $130.8 million in the first half of 2026, up from $6.3 million a year earlier and nearly triple its full-year 2025 total, even as the company's net loss widened to approximately $139.5 million.

The wider loss was driven largely by non-cash charges, including share-based compensation and depreciation, the company said.

NIO Inc (NYSE:NIO) shares fell after the Chinese electric vehicle maker posted second-quarter revenue that missed Wall Street expectations, even as the company narrowed its losses and pointed to improving margins.

Revenue rose 69.1% year-over-year to RMB32.14 billion ($4.74 billion), falling short of the roughly $4.95 billion analysts had expected.
