4DMedical Ltd (ASX:4DX) has agreed to acquire Austrian medtech company contextflow, giving it an immediate European commercial and clinical presence alongside North America, Australia and New Zealand. The deal adds a Vienna-based team, European regulatory and clinical infrastructure, a CE-marked lung cancer screening platform and AI thoracic imaging technology. 4DMedical said the acquisition offers capital-efficient entry into a European respiratory imaging market worth US$1.5 billion to US$2 billion.
