AdNeo lands 5-year Learnt platform deal with Amplitude Energy worth about $246,400

ADNEO LTD (ASX:AD1) has secured a five-year enterprise agreement with Amplitude Energy through its enterprise learning platform, Learnt, for the design, deployment and hosting of the Amplitude Energy Academy.

The contract has a total value of about $246,400 excluding GST over 60 months and covers a custom-branded learning and communications platform to be rolled out nationally across Australia.

Under the deal, Learnt will provide a platform designed to support up to 1,000 users across a range of workforce functions, including onboarding and induction, safety and compliance, technical training pathways and leadership development.

The recurring licence component of the agreement is set to begin on August 1, 2026.

“Winning a five-year enterprise commitment from Amplitude Energy validates what Learnt delivers — not just a platform, but a genuine Academy experience that embeds learning into how an organisation operates and grows. The energy sector is one where workforce capability, compliance and safety are non-negotiable, and we are proud to be Amplitude’s long-term partner in building that foundation," AdNeo’s CEO, Angus Washington said.

"Beyond the contracted platform fees, we see meaningful upside in content development as Amplitude builds out its Academy. This is the kind of multi- year, outcome-driven enterprise relationship we are deliberately targeting across the AdNeo portfolio.”

Implementation fee and recurring licence revenue

The contract value comprises a one-off implementation fee of $18,400 excluding GST and annual recurring licence fees of $45,600 excluding GST over the 5-year term.

AdNeo said the platform will include a branded homepage dashboard, SCORM-compliant modules and quizzes, an interactive learning library, digital credentials and certificates, a resource repository, a communications forum, a policy and procedures hub, and a live events calendar.

Learnt will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing and supporting the digital academy, which is intended to help Amplitude Energy deliver structured training across compliance, operational standards, technical capability and leadership development.

For disclosure purposes, AdNeo noted that the agreement includes a 6-month convenience termination right available to Amplitude Energy following platform go-live, with any prepaid fees to be refunded on a pro rata basis.

Bespoke content development remains additional upside

The stated contract value relates only to implementation and platform licence fees and does not include bespoke content development.

AdNeo said this could provide an additional revenue opportunity over the life of the agreement as Amplitude Energy expands its Academy courseware.

According to the company, pricing for bespoke course development ranges from about $3,400 to $7,050 per module excluding GST, depending on the scope and level of interactivity required.

That leaves room for Learnt to generate revenue above the contracted platform fees if Amplitude chooses to develop tailored learning modules during the term of the agreement.

Energy sector focus aligns with Learnt strategy

AdNeo said the contract supports Learnt’s strategy of delivering digital learning systems that help organisations manage compliance, workforce capability and internal communications at scale.

The company sees the Australian energy sector as a growing market for its enterprise offering, particularly where safety requirements, regulatory obligations and geographically dispersed workforces create demand for structured digital training platforms.

The Amplitude Energy agreement also adds to Learnt’s enterprise pipeline and provides another reference point for AdNeo as it targets broader adoption of its workforce capability platform across the sector.
