NextSource Materials Inc. (TSX:NEXT, OTCQB:NSRCF) has announced the resignation of chief financial officer Jaco Crouse after he accepted a senior role with another organisation.
The Toronto-based battery materials company said Crouse will remain employed for a transition period of up to four months to support an orderly handover of responsibilities.
Crouse has served as chief financial officer since 2024.
