Radiohead and Nick Cave manager All Things Considered plans move to AIM

All Things Considered Group PLC, which provides services to musical artists, is raising £8.6 million as part of a move to London's AIM as it targets the next phase of growth.

The fundraising comprises a placing and subscription of 6.88 million new shares at 125p each, conditional on shareholder approval at a general meeting on 8 December 2025, with admission to AIM expected around 17 December.

Net proceeds will be used to strengthen working capital and support ATC’s strategy, including the hiring of new managers and agents, investment in technology for direct-to-fan services, and expansion of merchandise and service operations.

Chief executive Adam Driscoll said: "The group's integrated model, developed through acquisitions and partnerships, has been purpose-built for the new data-driven era of music.

"ATC is now well positioned to harness and activate its artists' fan data and unlock opportunities as part of the next trajectory of growth in the industry."

He said gaining an AIM listing "is the natural evolution in supporting the group's long-term growth ambitions and enhancing visibility in the capital markets".

CEO Driscoll may be well known to many long-term investors in UK small caps, having floated A4 Holdings on OFEX in 1996, Channelfly.com on AIM in 1999 and again as MAMA Group in 2005, before it was sold to HMV in 2010.

More recently, he served on the board of Chrysalis PLC and led Vision Nine, owner of the Boardmasters festival.

James Patterson has been appointed as chief operating officer, joining from Vyde Ltd after co-founding advertising platform Trade Desk Inc (NASDAQ:TTD).

Cliff Fluet, a partner at law firm Lewis Silkin and a strategic and commercial consultant to media companies, also joins as a non-executive director.

Andy Glover, a former EY audit partner, has moved from senior independent director to chair.

Patterson and co-founder Craig Newman will subscribe for £100,000 and £585,000 of shares respectively, if the IPO gains shareholder approval.

The company, which was set up by Newman and Radiohead's manager Brian Message as an artist representation firm, currently works with over 900 artists and aims to deepen engagement and commercial potential through integrated services spanning management, live events and fan data strategies.

Artists on the books range from Alfie Boe to Radiohead, PJ Harvey and Nick Cave, Faithless and Sleaford Mods to Earl Sweatshirt, Sampa The Great and Karriem Riggins.
