Active Energy Group's non-executive director resigns

Non-executive Joseph Valoroso is moving on after helping guide Active Energy through a period of substantial change

Active Energy Group (LON:AEG) is searching for a new non-executive director after Giuseppe Valoroso resigned.

The international supplier of industrial wood chip for MDF manufacturing and biomass for energy power generation thanked Valoroso for his support and advice over a period of substantial change for the company, and wished him well for the future.

"The board is working to recruit a new non-executive director to further strengthen its skills and experience, and we anticipate making an announcement in the near future," said Richard Spinks, chief executive officer of Active Energy.

 

Valoroso has been involved in the forestry

and timber products industries for five decades.
