Wayfair stock surges as company's Q3 earnings top estimates

Wayfair Inc (NYSE:W, NYSE:) shares climbed more than 22% in late morning trading on Tuesday after the online home furnishings retailer reported better than expected financial results for its third quarter 2025.

The company's revenue for the quarter rose 8.1% year over year to $3.12 billion, surpassing the $3.02 billion analyst consensus estimate from data compiled by LSEG.

Its US revenue for Q3 increased 8.6% to $2.7 billion, while the company's international revenue improved 4.6% to $389 million.

Wayfair also generated adjusted earnings per share during the period of $0.70, handily beating the $0.43 Wall Street forecast.

"We saw orders delivered grow by over 5% year-over-year in the quarter, including new orders now growing mid-single digits for two quarters in a row," Wayfair CEO Niraj Shah said in a statement.

"Our 6.7% Adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) margin marks the highest level achieved in Wayfair's history outside of the pandemic period."
