Oracle lifts long-term Cloud forecast to $166B by fiscal 2030, shares rise

Oracle Corp (NYSE:ORCL, ETR:ORC) shares added 3% after the company updated its long-term forecast for its cloud infrastructure business, projecting revenue to reach $166 billion by fiscal 2030, a significant increase from the expected $10 billion in fiscal 2025.

The outlook, announced by CEO Clay Magouyrk during Oracle’s Financial Analyst Meeting at CloudWorld 2025, represents a projected compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 75% over the next five years.

Oracle’s cloud infrastructure division, known as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), has been one of the company’s fastest-growing segments.

OCI reported 50% year-over-year growth in 2025, reflecting rising demand for AI and high-performance computing services.

Oracle’s growth strategy has been underpinned by large-scale investments and partnerships. These include a $500 billion joint project with OpenAI to build five new data centers, as well as collaborations with Nvidia and AMD to expand AI and cloud computing capabilities.
