Hims & Hers shares fall on mixed Q2 report, light revenue forecast

Hims & Hers (NYSE:HIMS) shares fell 12% before US markets opened on Tuesday as the company posted mixed results for the second quarter and issued cautious guidance.

The company reported revenue of $544.8 million, up 73% year-over-year, but short of Wall Street estimates of $552 million. Growth was attributed to subscribers utilizing personalized treatment plans.

Earnings per share of $0.17 were up from $0.06 in the year-ago period, topping estimates of $0.15.

For the third quarter, Hims & Hers guided revenue in the range of $570 million to $590 million, at the midpoint of $580 million below estimates of $583 million.

“We’re seeing consistent growth across our business as we continue to democratize access to precision care,” Hims & Hers CFO Yemi Okupe said in a statement.

“As we move into the second half of 2025, our focus is on investing in capabilities that will deepen the value customers can access on our platform.”
