Namibia Critical Metals (TSX-V:NMI, OTCQB:NMREF) announced that it has granted 4.35 million incentive stock options to employees, consultants, officers, and directors of the company.
The options are exercisable for five years at $0.105 per share, the closing price of the company's shares on the TSX Venture Exchange on July 25.
Namibia Critical Minerals is advancing the Lofdal heavy rare earth project located in the Kunene Region of northwestern Namibia.
