Nevada Lithium extends warrant expiry by two years to July 2027

Nevada Lithium Resources Inc (TSX-V:NVLH, OTCQB:NVLHF) will extend the expiry date of 19.5 million share purchase warrants by 24 months to July 7, 2027, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval.

Originally set to expire in 2025, the Warrants were issued via a $4.6M private placement and debt conversion. Each Warrant allows the holder to buy one common share at $0.20.

So far, 995,000 have been exercised; all other terms remain unchanged.
