Petro-Victory Energy Corp. (TSX-V:VRY) has borrowed US$50,000 through an unsecured promissory note from an arm's length lender.
The loan carries 14% annual interest until maturity and 18% thereafter. The lender will receive 77,411 bonus warrants, exercisable at CAD$0.90 per share until April 16, 2026.
The loan and warrant issuance are subject to TSX Venture Exchange final approval.
