BenevolentAI (OTC:BAIVF) has completed its merger with Osaka Holdings following overwhelming shareholder support at its EGM, where over 95% voted in favour. Effective immediately, the original BenevolentAI entity no longer exists, and Osaka Holdings has rebranded as BenevolentAI after converting its legal form. The company’s shares will be delisted from Euronext Amsterdam on March 13. A 30-day warrant exercise period starts today.
