Thruvision shares drop 12% after contract delay

Thruvision (LSE:THRU) shares fell 12% in early trading after the company warned that key contract wins would be delayed until the next financial year.

The security technology firm had expected to secure £15 million worth of contracts for the year ending March 2026.

However, discussions with customers confirmed that most deals would now start later than planned. As a result, full-year revenue is now forecast at £5-6 million, down from the previous £9 million estimate.

Thruvision’s cash reserves are expected to last until May. The company is still exploring strategic options, including a sale or securing additional funding. Talks with potential buyers and investors are ongoing, but there is no guarantee a deal will be reached.

The stock was off 0.55p at 3.95p.
