Shares in GoldStone Resources (AIM:GRL) rose 16% in early trading after the company announced strong progress at its Homase Mine in Ghana.
November gold production reached 380 ounces, a 34% increase over the monthly average for 2024, driven by the introduction of a second shift and 45,000 tonnes of ore stacking.
The production ramp-up remains on track, with civil engineering for Cells 6 and 7 advancing to support planned increases in output through 2025.
In the same announcement, Goldstone said it is negotiating a resolution for its Convertible Loan Note with Blue Gold International.
A standstill agreement is in place until December 20, and Goldstone said it is confident of reaching a satisfactory outcome.
The stock was up 0.16p at 1.10p in the first hour of trading.
