NextSource Materials Inc. (TSX:NEXT, OTCQB:NSRCF) has closed the second and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement, issuing 1,360,000 common shares at C$0.53 per share, raising C$720,800.
The proceeds will primarily support the company's Battery Anode Facility (BAF) rollout for EV battery materials, Phase 2 expansion at the Molo Mine, working capital, and general administrative expenses.
