Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF) announced the departure of board member Nidhi Kumra.
Kumra resigned due to her new role with a competing AI company to avoid conflicts of interest, according to a statement from Nextech.
The company expressed gratitude for her contributions during her tenure.
