Zacatecas Silver Corp. (TSX-V:ZAC, OTC:ZCTSF) announced the immediate resignation of director Luis Chavez for personal reasons.
Chavez has served on the board since 2022, and the board and management express their gratitude for his contributions and extensive experience in the Mexican mining industry.
The company operates two primary projects: the Esperanza gold project in Morelos state and the Zacatecas silver project in Zacatecas state, Mexico.
