MaxRets Ventures PLC (AQSE:MAX) has appointed Luca Zanni as a non-executive director.
The investing company said Zanni, aged 44, is an experienced financial professional, noting that he has been chief financial officer at a number of businesses with revenues of up to €650 million.
These have GPack SpA from 2022 to 2024, Safe SpA from 2020 to 2022, Fimer SpA from 2016 to 2020 and at Socotherm Espana SA from 2013 to 2015.
