OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTCQX:OTCM) has welcomed three new companies to the exchange: Safeguard Scientifics Inc, a voluntary transfer from the Nasdaq; Kelly Partners Group Holdings, which upgraded to the OTCQX from the Pink market, and Serabi Gold (AIM:SRB, TSX:SBI) Plc, which also uplisted to the OTCQX from the Pink sheets.
