Marula Mining PLC (AQSE:MARU) has been granted seven new licences for graphite projects in Tanzania at Nyorinyori and NyoriGreen.
Valid for seven years, an upfront consideration of US$25,000 per licence is being paid through the issue of new shares.
"By securing these licences and incorporating them into the commercial and technical services agreements Marula has with TMT and NML, we are able to strengthen our position in the area and consolidate our exploration activities at the Projects,” said CEO Jason Brewer.
