Galileo Resources PLC (AIM:GLR) reported a reduced loss for the first half of the year while also progressing its various projects in Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, South Africa, and the US state of Nevada.

A post-tax loss of £521,764 was recorded for the six months to 30 September 2023, versus £1,554,313 a year earlier, or 0.05p per share compared to 0.13p.

Blue Star Helium Ltd (ASX:BNL, OTC:BSNLF) has completed site works at the location of the planned Bolling #4 SESW development well at its high-grade Voyager helium project in Las Animas County, Colorado.

The company reports that the hydro spudder rig is now mobilising to site to set the conductor after which the well will be ready for the main rig arrival.

ATHA Energy Corp (CSE:SASK, OTCQB:SASKF) said it has completed its previously announced private placement financing, raising gross proceeds of approximately C$23,494,532.20 by issuing a combination of charitable federal flow-through common shares, charitable Saskatchewan flow-through shares, and ATHA subscription receipts.

The mineral exploration company said net proceeds of the offering will be used to advance exploration and development of ATHA’s uranium assets, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Tirupati Graphite PLC (LSE:TGR, OTCQX:TGRHF) has reported gross profit of almost £10 million at the half-year stage following its acquisition of Suni Resources in April.

Tirupati netted income of £9.7 million from the takeover of Suni, the company reported on Thursday, alongside revenue of £3.1 million for the six months to September 2023.

Bens Creek Group PLC (AIM:BEN, OTC:BENCF) has reported a doubling of production during the first half of its financial year, ended 30 September 2023, albeit financially the company’s performance was hampered by prevailing economic conditions.

The company produced 204,998 tons of clean metallurgical coal in the half year, up 105% on 2022, with the completion of 18 train shipments, up 125% - included in the shipments was a delivery to Arcelor Mittal, one of the largest steel producers in the world.

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved European Lithium Ltd (ASX:EUR, OTCQB:EULIF)’s proposed merger to combine the company’s Wolfsberg Lithium Project in Austria with Sizzle under a new lithium exploration and development company named 'Critical Metals Corp.' to be listed on the NASDAQ under the symbol 'CRML'.

Following completion of the transaction, European Lithium will be issued US$750 million worth of ordinary shares in CRML.

As part of the agreement inked in October 2023, Stage 2b entails full funding of $10 million dedicated to completing a pre-feasibility study for Yerington. The study is projected to conclude in the third quarter of 2024.
