NextEnergy Solar Fund Ltd (LSE:NESF) has announced the appointment of Caroline Chan to the board as a non-executive director with effect from 1 April 2024. Chan practised as a corporate lawyer for over 30 years across London, Hong Kong and Guernsey, where she specialised in investment funds, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and financial services regulatory work.
