Consumers itching to get their hands on the new Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL) iPhone 15 can pre-order the phone starting today – but it may not arrive until October.
Initial delivery times slipped into next month for the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max models shortly after the pre-orders opened, suggesting strong demand for the highest-priced phones in the new lineup.
According to a Bloomberg report, the first delivery date for the Pro and Pro Max slid from September 22 to October 16 within 30 minutes of pre-orders opening.
Starting at 8am Eastern Time/5am Pacific Time, all four iPhone 15 models were available for order through Apple directly, phone carriers, and retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart.
The new iPhones will launch in Apple stores on Friday, September 22.
