Chaarat Gold said it anticipated admission to AIM on November 8th. The company is seeking to raise £8.8 million before expenses to fund additional exploration and a pre-feasibility study on its 604.6 square kilometre exploration licence in the Kyrgyz Republic. To date Chaarat Gold has calculated a JORC compliant indicated and inferred mineral resource of 1.9 million ounces.
