XP Power (LSE: XPP) fell 25% to a 3 year low after admitting that continued softness in the power supply solutions market and the weakening US dollar would mean that revenues in the second half would be £3 million lower than the first half of 2007.
On the bright side, the group said that gross margins had improved from 35.8% to 40.9% in the last year, but this wasn't enough to stop the share from dropping to their lowest level since 2004.
