Bulls, Bears & Brokers: Alto Capital's Tony Locantro says rare earths still hold risk

Alto Capital investment manager and stock market commentator Tony Locantro speaks to Proactive Investors about current trends in small caps, noting the recent interest in rare earths stocks.
 
"The rare earths sector has started to perk up and many of the rare earths companies are attracting a lot of trading interest due to the China restriction threat," says Locantro. 
 
He continues, "It's good for the traders, it gets some interest back into the market - but I still see the risk of chasing something like this as being too high."
 
"Another fad - I don't know how long it's going to go on for, but hot money tends to move around quite quickly."
