LiveHire (ASX:LVH) CEO & executive director Christy Forest speaks to Proactive Investors about how the company is simultaneously helping individuals to manage their careers and recruiters to identify and attract talent, in a more humanised way. The company curates 'talent communities' through its online HR platform, which represents best practise for the industry.
Forest explains, "When you turn that model on its head and companies can engage or create a talent community... that's technology enabled, and you combine the forces of mobile, social and cloud; you can create a very different experience [for job seekers], and what that's also meaning is we're delivering dramatically different results around reduced rejection rates and time to hire [for employers and recruiters]."
LiveHire recently secured its largest direct enterprise agreement to date with Vodafone Australia, adding to a client roster that includes Xero and iSelect. Meanwhile, it sees the growing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) trend as its most attractive route to global expansion.
