Bryah Resources Ltd (ASX:BYH) managing director Neil Marston updates Proactive Investors on gold hits in drilling at its Bryah Basin project as the company celebrates one year on the ASX.
Thick zones of gold mineralisation of up to 27 metres were recorded in 3-metre composite samples in four reverse circulation drill holes completed at the Windalah prospect in August.
"We hit an alteration zone about 100 metres thickness which contain pyrite, chlorite and sericite minerals," Marston says.
He continues,"this is a common feature of VMS (volcanogenic massive sulphide)-style deposits within the Bryah basin ... we think that there's opportunity for us to make a copper-gold discovery in this area in the near future."
