Kodal Minerals says Fatou Gold Project is 'immediately compatible with existing projects'

Kodal Minerals PLC's (LON:KOD) Bernard Aylward catches up with Proactive London's Katie Pilbeam about acquiring the Fatou Gold Project in southern Mali.

He says the project is a 'great opportunity for shareholders' and 'immediately compatible with existing projects'.

Fatou already has a historical compliant NI 43-101 resource of more than 350,000 ounces that is expected to increase based on a funded nine-month drilling programme.

He says the plans are to start the gold exploration programme at Fatou as soon as January.
