Rosenstreich was appointed managing director and CEO on March 17, 2017, and has overseen the development of projects and assets since that time.
As noted in the chairman’s address at the recent Annual General Meeting, Rosenstreich and the company had agreed a path for him to step away from Hexagon to pursue other opportunities.
He has agreed to remain as an executive through a transitional phase to December 31, 2020.
Chairman Charles Whitfield said: “The board of Hexagon has expressed its sincere appreciation of Mike’s contribution to the company and wish him well in his future pursuits."
Justyn Stedwell will join the board as a non-executive director effective today and will serve as joint company secretary with a view to assuming the full company secretary role in 2021.
“We are also very pleased to welcome Justyn Stedwell to the company," Whitfield said.
“Justyn’s strong knowledge and successful track record with public companies will be an asset to the company and we look forward to pursuing our strategic objectives for shareholders.”
