Cipherpoint Ltd (ASX:CPT) has secured a strategic new partner in global technology and innovation company NTT Data Deutschland GmbH, part of the NTT Group and a leading provider of business and IT solutions with in excess of 123,000 employees in more than 50 countries.
As a premier partner, NTT DATA will install Cipherpoint’s products into its Solutions Campus to train its salesforce as part of a joint go-to-market strategy.
NTT DATA will also provide consulting, implementation and support services to clients seeking to secure their digital transformation journey.

Reselling Cipherpoint products
Under the arrangement, NTT will act as a reseller of Cipherpoint’s products at resale rates agreed between the parties and provide various levels of support to their customers.
The agreement is for a term of 12 months, which will renew automatically unless terminated by either party.
In addition to the reseller partner arrangement, NTT DATA has agreed to promote Cipherpoint’s products within its banking, insurance and health care industry lines.
NTT DATA’s customers include some of the largest European-based institutions across banking, finance, insurance, health care, luxury goods and automotive.
