eSense-Lab Ltd (ASX:ESE) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending an announcement regarding a research agreement with the Israeli Ministry of Health to test the company’s proprietary TRP-ENV and TRP-COV compounds for efficacy against human coronavirus.
The halt will remain in place until the start of normal trading on Monday, July 27, 2020, or when an announcement is released to the market, whichever occurs earliest.
Sanitisers infused with eSense’s unique terpenes
eSense recently entered into a joint venture with the owner of Wise Winery, a family-owned wine company based in Eagle Bay in the northern Margaret River Wine region.
Wise Winery had started producing surface and hand sanitiser products using ethanol distilled from its own Chardonnay wine at its Eagle Bay distillery.
Under the joint venture, Wise Winery will broaden its sanitiser product offering to include ethanol sanitisers infused with eSense’s unique terpenes.
The joint venture company will place the first order of 2 million terpenes units for infusion into the sanitiser products, which will generate about US$600,000 revenue for eSense.
