ADM Energy (LON:ADME) CEO Osamede Okhomina grew up in the UK but knows Nigeria inside out. "It's about knowing how to deal with each tribal culture and getting the best from each negotiation.." says Cambridge-educated Okhomina.

ADME is a natural resources investment company but Okhomina would like to see the firm evolve into an operating company within the next year or so. "Business has evolved in Nigeria..." says Okamina, "...and investors need to trust people on the ground who know what they're doing."
