Full interview: Black Rock Mining enters EPC framework agreement with China Railway Seventh Group

Black Rock Mining Ltd (ASX:BKT) chief executive officer John de Vries updates Proactive on the company entering into a non-binding Cooperation Framework Agreement with China Railway Seventh Group (CSRG).

China Railway Group is one of the largest construction companies in the world.

The intention is for CRSG to act as Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor for module one of Black Rock’s Tanzanian Mahenge graphite project process plant and non-process infrastructure, with existing partner Yantai Jinyuan to design and supply plant machinery and other specific elements.
