Five directors have purchased a total of 586,455 shares at 7 cents each in the pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer.
There was $833,700 raised from eligible shareholders with a further $325,131 raised through a shortfall offer while $1,840,259 of the underwriting facility has been called upon.
Non-executive chairman Grahame Evans acquired 215,554 shares and now holds almost 1.233 million shares in two indirect interests and a direct interest.
Executive director Ross Laidlaw purchased 142,857 shares in an indirect interest and holds more than 2.308 million shares in an indirect and a direct interest.
Graeme Billings, a non-executive director, acquired 107,699 shares and holds more than 616,000 shares in a direct and an indirect interest.
Non-executive director David Archbold acquired 81,502 shares and holds almost 465,000 shares in a direct and an indirect interest.
Peter Church, another non-executive director, purchased 38,843 shares and now holds 222,178 shares in a direct interest.
The equity raising has been fully underwritten by Ascot Securities.
