Full interview: Tesserent's planned $16 million acquisition expected to double revenue

Tesserent Ltd (ASX:TNT) chief executive officer Julian Challingsworth updates Proactive on the cybersecurity company’s plan to acquire the security division of ICT consultants PS&C for $16 million, which is expected to double the company’s revenue.

The acquisition is part of Tesserent’s Cyber 360 Strategy to enable the company to have full cybersecurity capabilities and will result in TNT becoming Australia’s largest listed dedicated cybersecurity firm, with more than $30 million revenue forecast in FY2020.

Following the proposed acquisition, Tesserent will expand its cybersecurity capabilities to include security advisory, penetration testing, security infrastructure and secure application development.
