Chairman steps down
Earlier this month Panoramic’s long-serving director and chairman Brian Phillips announced that he would not stand for re-election at the next Annual General Meeting (AGM) in order to spend more time with his family.
Phillips joined the company as a non-executive director in 2007 before being appointed to the role of non-executive chairman in 2011.
During the 12-year period as director and then as chairman, Phillips oversaw Panoramic becoming a successful major Australian nickel-copper-cobalt sulphide producer and was instrumental in the diversification into other commodities such as gold and platinum group metals.
