Pura Vida Energy NL (ASX:PVD) is earning a 35% stake in Gemini Resources’ Nowa Sol and Gora onshore oil & gas projects in Poland by spending $6.15 million.

Projects overview

It is worth noting that the Gora licence hosts a resource potential of 9 trillion cubic feet of gas with 210 billion cubic feet of additional conventional prospective resources.

Preparation for the Siciny-2 work program is set to commence in October 2019 with frac and flow test results expected in Q4 2019.

Near-term workstreams

Pura Vida is raising a total of $2.7 million via an entitlement offer to support the new projects.

The company is also planning to rebrand and transform itself with a new identity as Ansila Energy.
