"Goodbody has achieved this significant milestone in just eight months,” said new chief executive Henry Lees-Buckley.

Sativa Group PLC (AQSE:SATI) has completed the initial phase of a chain of Goodbody Wellness cannabidiol (CBD) outlets and intends to roll-out franchise stores across the UK.

The medicinal cannabis company launched the first of three planned Goodbody Wellness stores in Bath in July and has since opened another in Cirencester.

The third store will be opened in Clifton, Bristol, stocking more than 50 CBD products with tasting bar for customers to sample items including CBD infused coffee.

CBD products include skincare, tinctures, balms, bath bombs, vape oils, body oils and capsules.

With the first phase of its store chain completed, Sativa said it now was seeking franchisees to open franchise stores across the UK.

"Goodbody has achieved this significant milestone in just eight months,” said new chief executive Henry Lees-Buckley.

“It's an important third CBD trading business to the group alongside George Botanicals and our direct CBD marketing channel, and a fellow group subsidiary to PhytoVista Laboratories.”
