Executive summary
We believe that Symphony Environmental is at an exciting point of its development. Working to make plastics smarter should present an increasing number of opportunities as the demand for plastics continues to expand globally. Environmental considerations remain a dominant factor and already the group generate revenue from selling product that control plastic degradation (d2w). The group focus on developing masterbatches which are easily added to the manufacture of plastics. It has already established a specialist distribution network that acts as the main marketing arm for the group. It has worked with many of its distributors for a number of years. They understand the product and are more than able to market Symphony’s wares appropriately. This network covers nearly 100 countries providing good global coverage. To date 85% of its revenue is generated outside of Europe. Clearly as it grows that could change but we expect Emerging markets to be a key driver to the group’s success.
