Security Devices International CEO says company aims to provide safer, less lethal ammunition

Security Devices International (OTCMKTS:SDEV) CEO Bryan Ganz tells Proactive Investors the company aims to provide safer, less lethal ammunition on the market.

Security Devices International is a defense technology company, that develops, manufactures, and sells solutions for security situations that do not require the use of lethal force.

Ganz says there is an untapped market for private security and home defense. Ganz explains that there is a gap in between firearms and other security solutions (for example, a can of mace) with opportunity for other products.

The company offers blunt impact projectile 40mm line of products, which uses pain compliance to control a target; and a line of 12 gauge less lethal projectiles and irritants. Ganz says the company operates in Canada and the U.S. and has clients, including military, correctional services, police agencies and more.
