ServicePower Technologies PLC confident of growth despite tough conditions

ServicePower Technologies PLC (LON:SVR) is confident of growing the business in 2016 as well as migrating services to cloud storage.

Speaking to Proactive, chief executive Marne Martin says “we should have the new products to their next level of road map development by June - so that will benefit the second half of the year. We are also doing some cost rationalisation as we migrate internal infrastructure to the cloud.”

That process is underway but didn’t fetter full-year top line growth, tells Proactive Investors.

“We’re very happy to have grown the top line. As we know with the oil price and the general economic constraints, it’s a bit of a challenging environment, so to be able to go top line 2% higher…is very positive,” Martin says.

This is despite softening in demand in the UK and Europe ahead of the UK [Brexit] vote, in part due to America, where the company continues to perform strongly.
