Highlands Resources talk re-admission and re-fracking

Highlands Natural Resources (LON:HNR) shares were re-admitted to the London Stock Exchange on Wednesday and chief executive Robert Price and advisor Paul Mendell spoke to Proactive Investors. In May, the company agreed the acquisition of a 75% interest in a well fracking diverter technology, via a deal which was classed as a reverse takeover.

Highlands Natural Resources (LON:HNR) shares were re-admitted to the London Stock Exchange on Wednesday and chief executive Robert Price and advisor Paul Mendell spoke to Proactive Investors.

In May, the company agreed the acquisition of a 75% interest in a well fracking diverter technology, via a deal which was classed as a reverse takeover.

Mandell said the technology “is a new way to re-frack wells, which is the Holy Grail right now in the oil & gas industry.”
