On July 19, the non-executive director acquired 1.5 million shares and now holds 109.5 million shares in two indirect interests in which he has a beneficial interest.
The latest transaction follows his purchase last week of 1.05 million Ironbark shares.
Segman was appointed to the board in May and at the time held a substantial interest of 13.77% of the pre-development base metals company.
