Revenues at listed commercial law firm Gateley PLC (LON:GTLY) topped £100mln for the first time helped by three acquisitions over the year.
The number of fee earners rose 20% to 610, while staff numbers overall are now approaching 1,000 said the legal firm.
Sales for the year to April rose to £103mln (£86mln) and profits increased 8.9% to £15.9mln while shareholders were regarded with a 14.3% hike in the dividend.
Michael Ward, chief executive, said Gateley remains very well-placed in a changing legal market and is looking for additional businesses to add to its range of services.
Ward is stepping down next April and will be replaced by Rod Waldie.
