Shefa Gems issues new warrants after loan note conversion

Shefa Gems Ltd (LON:SEFA) has extended the expiration date of warrants issued when the company listed in London by six months. The warrants had varied expiration dates, from June 2019 to December 2020.

Simultaneously, Shefa has also issued further warrants at 10p per share to loan providers, after loans totalling £253,000 were converted into shares at 5p.

The company has also issued 600,000 warrants to service providers, as part of a concreted effort to keep costs to a minimum.
