Blackrock Gold Corp (CVE:BRC) (OTCMKTS:BKRRF) has tapped experienced finance executive Randy Minhas as the company’s new finance chief.
Minhas is a seasoned finance executive and chartered professional accountant with extensive experience in technology, manufacturing and resource industries. He led the finance arm of several publicly traded companies, where he focused on a range of services including forecasting, business development and reporting.

A prior CFO at Blackrock, Minhas also worked as group controller at Rye Patch Gold Corp, a Nevada gold producer. He also worked in finance capacities at Golden Queen Mining Co Ltd, which went from an exploration play through to a precious metals producer.
Mihas currently serves as a director for Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd and Affinor Growers Inc.
Outgoing CFO Kevin Strong has left Blackrock to pursue other opportunities, the company said in a statement, while wishing him the best in his future endeavours.
Vancouver-based Blackrock is advancing the Silver Cloud property in the Northern Nevada Rift gold trend.
