Lydian International appoints new CEO

Lydian International Limited (TSE:LYD) (OTCMKTS:LYDIF) announced a number of board and management updates on Thursday.

The Company announced it has appointed current board member Edward Sellers as interim president and CEO, effective June 12, 2019.

The firm also announced Joao Carrelo, CEO and a member of the board of directors, will step down as of June 12, 2019.

“We thank Joao for his leadership over the past year and we are pleased he has agreed to continue to assist the Company on a consulting basis going forward. We wish him well with his future opportunities," said chairman Russell Ball on behalf of the board.
